    I tried showing my friend a cool minecraft server (wynncraft) but every time they try to join it times them out after a cuple of minutes. And yes they have tried all the ip`s. Thank you for the help :)

    It's either a server side issue, or a your friend's side issue. I have occasional issues like this as well, and there's nothing to really fix it. Direct Connect may change the results, and restarting Minecraft and/or your computer can help as well. Also, closing out other net-heavy apps (Skype, Chrome, Steam) has a 50-50 chance of working. Also, if you have other devices connected to your net, it can be causing issues as well.
