SPOILER The Clock Theory Isn't Over...?

The clock theory might not be over. I'm not sure if anybodies figured out what the times meant. No way its random. Since when does the content team play us like that?

The area where you fall down to with the doors that open with the clocks on the pressure plate has a giant clock on the floor. The pressure plates are located where the clock's hands stops. For example, Cinfras' clock's hands are stuck on the 12:00 and the pressure plate you need to put it on the big clock is located on the 12:00 mark.

TL;DR: The stuck hands just tell where you need to drop the clocks in the "clock lobby".

 

Aren't the times supposed to indicate where you put the clocks in the clock tower? I'm not sure if there's any real mystery here, just a hint to a puzzle.
