Archer Build [poll]

Ok which one should i go for. Sanic archer that can go fast as a player with speed 10 on, or go for an archer that does lot of damage?

Honestly, that depends on the mobs or boss you're fighting. Usually a fast archer can doge attacks easily, but it would make the fight longer because it does less damage to the opponent. While an archer that does good damage will finish the battle more quickly (and maybe not die in the process). I think damage is more important because archers have no defense whatsoever, so I usually jump to a ledge and do damage at a distance, without being touched by the boss, I think it's more efficient. More damage is also good against a group of mobs, because it's impossible to dodge them all if you're fighting in a high spawn rate area.

Dexterity and Agility (Thunder and Wind), I use Fire as my main elemental damage dealer and I rely on wind to also damage and dodge

I have been told that there is an attack speed cap of super fast. However this can't be tested as although attack speed still buffs your spell damage, it doesn't actually change your attack speed.

 

Archer needs speed a lot. So yes, sanic archer.

 

TIME TO TEST

 

You can test the attack speed change by adding or removing clock boots and seeing if the potion effects changes. I can't check spell damage at the moment because if I remove a jester piece all my spell damage armor is invalidated

 

Yeah, I'll test once I get good clock boots I'll test, my return to ether is 2 attack spd

 

Fast archer is the choice for 1v1s tbh, archer doesn't need any more spd then it has already

 

id want to have both but im too lazy to lvl another archer ;/

 

Have both sets on you at all times on one archer
