Where Are Good Places To Get Legendary Items

I am currently grinding for Legendary items and I would like to know a good spot. I am a level 71 Mage. Thanks!

Just go farm at ToL. Legendaries don't have a specific place where they drop more at, it's your luck and loot bonus.

 

Wait, I thought that Loot Bonus was for emeralds, not items.

 

Loot bonus increases chances of emerald and item drops, while decreasing junk item drops.

Legendaries aren't found at a location, they have a low chance of dropping from mobs or be found in loot chests or item bombs. Loot bombs should help.

Tier 3-4 loot chests should give a higher chance of dropping legendaries.

Legendarys are really just luck based so pretty much anywhere is good. :T

 

Pretty sure Stealing affects emeralds and Loot Bonus is items. Could be wrong.
