Has the ghostly armor been removed?

 

I don't think it has been removed but it might have been removed because of the major update.

I've heard the chestplate, leggings and boots drops from mobs around the house of twain, if you mean the armor set the ghostly cap belongs to.

 

The cap is sold my the ghost merchant. You can get the rest of the set by killing the mobs around the house of twin. So it's like you buy 1/4 of it, kill for the rest

 

I do mean that, bcz I had the full ghostly armor EXCEPT the chestplate so I wanted to rebuy it to get the set bonus... and I see that the merchant isn't selling the chestplate, boots and leggings anymore so I though the mobs might drop it. and after about 10 min no drop :(

 

Try to get a higher loot bonus and be patient 'bout it. I don't know if they actually drop the armour but if you grind there for maybe half a hour with some good loot bonus you might find something good :p
