    When a weapon says "0/3 slots", what does this mean?

    Slots are used to add powders. Powders, in the new update, will add some elemental damage to your weapon. The higher the tier, the higher the damage.

    So if I put three Tier V White powders on a weapon, it will add massive Air Damage?

    I wouldn't say massive per se, however it will probably give you a nice boost of air damage. Still, nobody knows.
