So I was in Detlas selling random legendaries to anyone who was the right level when I noticed two people having a conversation in chat. One person was saying "I'll give it to you for 10 EB each" and then the other guy said "I don't have enough emeralds". I asked what they were buying, it was the depressing items. I felt like I was in a good mood, so I said to this guy "I'll buy those weapons for him". And so I bought them and gave them to him so he could finish his quest. He was so happy and was practically worshiping me, and it surprised me how even though 30 EB is so insignificant to me, it made him the happiest person ever. But here is the best part. After this guy thanked me, a level 84 person in chat said "xEnderSoul, that was very kind of you. Here, take this as a reward." He gave me 5 LE for buying those depressing weapons for that other guy. My point is that even if something is small, it can cause so much happiness to someone else, and if everyone just gave each other a tiny bit every day, think of how much better this community would be. 30 EB was small to me for this level 51 person, and 5 LE was small for this level 84 person to give to me.

I get a lot of great low level gear that just isn't worth it to go all out to an item buyer, so I just give them to a random low level.

    Ah, Yes.

I remember bidding with someone for an item, when the other guy realised he didn't have any more money left, the initial seller told me he had 2 of the Weapon. (It was the Thunderbolt bow. Or was it I Infinity? Idk)
I bought both of them and gave one to the other bidder :)

Some time in October or November, within the span of a single week I was given both a Millenium and a Scythe for free. Just for being friendly and chatty. Wynn honestly has one of the nicest playerbases I have ever seen. Granted, not every player currently matches this description, but that applies to everything. It's just that the sheer amount of friendly or generous players seems almost unreal when compared to other servers or communities (at least the ones in my experience).

That's the main reason I stayed active on Wynn for so long while waiting for Gavel's release. Player interaction on this server rarely seems painful or bothersome (at least before the mass player increase that arrived with the Gavel update). In fact, most interactions often prove fun or entertaining.

To make it short, we just have a very nice community. I advise anyone reading this to truly consider what the original post highlighted. The smallest things we do for someone can drastically improve his or her experience on the server. Just take a few minutes out of your time and try to make someone else's better. It can be much more meaningful to that person than you may think.

I never get to talk with anyone... It's nice to hear all these stories, since I can't go anywhere past that first city in Gavel (I forgot it's name) and every single person I see just charges through on a horse and I never get to talk with them.
