   On the help page of the main website, the mage heal spell states that it will heal 70% health. I was wondering if that meant 70% of health lost, or 70% of total health. Thanks a bunch!

   I would assume it's 70% of the health you have at the moment, since I've noticed that Heal heals less when you're at low health and more at high health.
