There are no "best wands." Cascade is the highest level legendary I believe...
I'd rather use an Ethereal than a Bobs Mythic, with reasons, therefore there is no "best." Only "better" or "preferred."

 

My title is accurate because it is hte best (highest level) legendary wand... and the auction's over so no need to bring this thread back up.
