Possible Lunar Spine Mistake

(I dont know if this has been brought up before or not, but I figured I might as well bring it up just in case)

Now I'm not sure if this is a mistake or not, but I noticed something about the legendary level 87 Mage/Dark Wizard weapon: "Lunar Spine"

For this thread, I'll use my own as an example.



Now, you might not see it at first, I didn't either. You'll see in the identifications that the wand has a positive effect on air damage:


(As well as adding a couple agility points)

However, something curious about this, is as follows: The wand itself has no base air damage stat.


(Not to mention the fairly decent agility requirement)

You may be thinking: "But don't mage's spells do base air damage?" I thought this too. So I checked the base elemental damages of all three spells that can be used to attack. None of them deal base air damage on their own. Teleport/Blink deals base thunder damage, meteor/dead star deals base earth and fire damage, and finally ice snake/crystal reptile deals base water damage. This is especially strange considering its a fairly decent wand, but has the requirements and id's for that of an air-oriented mage, and yet no way to deal any air damage.

Now, I may be over analyzing this and missed something obvious, but let me know what you guys think of this. Is it a mistake or did I miss something?

 

I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be used with powders that aren't added at the moment.

Used with powders and Skill Points. Also spells.

 

Considering the agility minimum required is 40, I don't think that was a mistake.

 

You must've missed the agility cost. Notice how it's higher than the intelligence cost? And also notice how the identifications reduce the water damage dealt by that weapon as much as having the skill points to use it boost it by...but there's no such issues with the agility and air damage.

It has three powder slots, and powders will add elemental damage. It's intended to be used with air powders, as they will get significantly stronger with that weapon.

 

I have the same problem, I've found four of these but all of them do less damage then my Ethereal (both spells and basic attack).
