Tribal Aggression Is Too Hard For Level 36

Lets start with the facts.

• Totem Protector for the Owl Camp is an iron golem with 1800 health. This may not seem like a lot, but it makes up for its health with other stats.
• Totem Protector walks faster than you can walk, meaning running away at low mana/health is pointless if you can't sprint
• Owl Descendants follow you INTO the chamber, providing the golem with ranged allies.
• I am frustrated with this quest.

So those are the facts.. anyone at all agree that this quest is harder than it should be?
And don't get me wrong, it's a great quest, with a unique idea and well built quest elements, but the mobs involved seem way too overpowered.

 

If it is too hard, I suggest leveling up a bit more. Like Wynn Ex. Site D. Amadel Final Form is a bit rough for level 70 classes (besides archer because archer has beast range.)

 

I can see why it's difficult, but it wasn't that bad for me because

Assassin > Vanish > Get on ledge > Smoke Bombs

For the second part, I just spammed Multihit while Vanishing to prevent dying.

What class are you playing as? I may be able to come up with something (but if not, you'll need to find someone to help).

 

What I did is bait all the mobs to fall in the hole, and then spam a couple meteors down there. Though, it took me about 3 lives to finally figure that one out.

For all classes but Warrior I could see this being done with different variations. For Warrior you could probably charge down there after killing the minions and just hope for the best.

 

Don't forget you take fall damage when falling down the pit.

 

What is your skill build? what armor are you wearing? What is your weapon? Equipment and skills aside, I suggest trying to take advantage of enemies' elemental weaknesses to ensure that you can do as much damage as possible. The mobs throughout the quest are weak to an element or another. I suggest also trying to use spells and mana effectively. It is not good to repeatedly use your 3rd spell repeatedly, as you'll run out of mana. Try to make combos out of your spells to make a single casting of a spell much more effective.

 

I am playing as an Assassin.

Actually, I just ride my horse all the way until I get into the pit, that way I can get past mobs quickly and I don't take fall damage.

 

Then you can try what I did. There is a ledge somewhere near a waterfall-thing in the area. Vanish and get to the stream, then Smoke Bomb the guardian.
