Buying Manablast/cascade

I'm wondering if Casacade is better than manablast, if ypu have either of them offer below please.

 

Hey i dont have either in my shop, since i planned to use them, but I'm leaning more towards using cascade (i would say its slightly better because of its ids but the reason i dont like manablast is the attack speed) so i could get you the ids when i get home later, and then you can offer :P

Actually, I kind of want cascade more

Manablast is for sitting around nuking mobs, cascade is like barraging them with bombs.
