Is It Me, Or Are Set Bonuses Broken Since This Patch?

When I was wearing Relic Armor on my assassin, I noticed something strange. The health was under 1000, and it isn't supposed to be, if the set bonus were to be applied. Here's the math:

Relic Helmet: +170 health
Relic Boots: +130 health
Relic Chestplate: +220 health
Relic Leggings: + 310 health
Set Bonus: +360 health

If you add it all up together, you get 1190 health.
However, as you may see in these screenshots, I do not have this 1190 total health despite wearing the full relic set.

Please fix this soon, or else set items will be absolutely useless compared to other armor.

When switching armor it doesnt always register, check after a while

 

Yeah. On my level 38 assassin I went from my Devil's Scissor (fast w/ effects) to Stylist's Scissors (super fast w/ effects). My Stylist's Scissors were considered Normal or Fast until I tried to compare my two daggers by switching between them. OP, just wait a bit for effects to occur.

 

Music isn't working for me and the jukebox menu is 9 x 1 with nothing in it.
