I've had it happen when I've tried to choke one to death...I guess it's an accurate depiction when you try and beat up the police, they will hunt you down and kill you.

 

It happened me, too. It didn't damage me however.

They should add in a behavior where the guards act like golems, when you attack them, they will attack back, when you don't attack, they won't also (obviously) when you r- ...nevermind...
