Isnt this kinda (I REPEAT: KINDA) a rip off? I mean, in order to equip this thing anyway, you need reincarnation done and by the time you have that done, you'll already have the bow. Right?

 

Not really cuz I'm just giving a second chance for those who have lost Bob's bow due to dropping it or lag issues. Plus its nice to have a bow around that you only get one per character. Fyi they do offer a hefty price for it.
