@AlexisPlay Uhh, If the 30% Rule still applies to IDs, you have the lowest possible Walk speed, which is incredible.
You're also 120 Health away from the highest health boost possible.

 

So I think I actually got the best Statue of the server ? (Which will be part of my final stuff)

The absolute best Statue possible has -98% walk speed and +3900 health.

It should actually be +4000 health, unless max IDs have been changed relative to their average IDs.

 

The average ID for health bonus on Statue is 3000. Multiply by 1.3, you get 3900.

I thought that id chances were changed (especially because things like the thunder element and dexterity rely on luck a lot).

 

They were...
Positive identifications have a variance rate of 30-130%(multiply the base value by 0.3 and 1.3 to get minimum and maximum).
Negative identifications have a variance rate of 70-130%(multiply the base value by 0.7 and 1.3 to get the minimum and maximum).
