    They're no longer worthless.
    They've been raising in value for quite a while now, and I've seen auctions/people sell them for 15le easily.

    This is news to me... The last sale I've actually witnessed in game over the past month was for 1 le and that was even surprising to me that someone would buy it for that price even. But I'm glad the economy is improving after all this time.

    Keep in mind, new emeralds are being generated non stop by quests and mobs.
