Have you seen The Hobbit movies or The Lord of the Rings? Just because theyre monstrous doesn't mean they're unorganized. Hell, that Orc chief you talk to for the peace treaty quest, he was pretty well organized, even had a good security system. Even the Gerts had a good system to them. Better than most of Gavel, tbh.

Hell, I always knew that Michael Bay was the one to lead Gavel excavation, it only makes sense. They both have so much in common. Michael's burning passion for sizzling explosions really add an exquisite layer of texture to Gavel excavation's top quality level.
