    Ive fought Qira a few times now BUT whenever we kill her i NEVER get the reward, how does the picking up item system work exactly ? couse as a Mage only healing my team il never really get it ...

    You need to damage her as well to receive the reward, and it has to be a certain amount of damage because to my knowledge there are players which don't damage her enough and consequently don't get the drop.
    If you need the drop you'll need to use the meteor spell (besides healing your mates of course) which is the most damaging , but since last I've heard meteor causes lag and crashes servers, so you have a tough life ahead of you... good luck.

    edit: Maybe get another mage for your team, one that already has the drop, to heal your teammates for you, so you'll only be attacking

    I'm not sure where I heard this info before, but I remember a mod saying that you have to deal at least 15% of the total damage to get drops.

    If meteor lags out, teleport through her, or use ice snake for the damage. Or just hit her

    Or you could just get people NOT to pick it up if they already have it, wait 20 secs and pick it up. Now this cannot work if someone already picks it up and drops it back now.

    Only 15%? Wow, that's actually less than I thought :D But on second thoughts, I don't know a thing about boss damage...
