    I'm going to explain where to find this.
    It is in the Iron Golem Factory in the quest, An Iron Heart Part 2. You have to be lvl 58+ to accept the quest.
    After you have entered the secret entrance to the factory, you will first walk down the stairs, walk through the tunnel, you will now enter the first hall with cages where some of the villagers are trapped. Find the tunnel with a sign that says "Production Line" and an arrow that points toward the tunnel.

    Walk through the tunnel, walk past the "Flawed Iron Golems", continue to walk through the tunnel. You will now enter the second hall with cages where some more villagers are trapped.
    Right when you enter the second hall with the villagers you should be able to see this:

    Jump on the log, then jump onto the coal block and you will end up here:

    As you can see, im looking down at where we were before. But to the left side of me there is 2 blocks. You will have to some a spell such as mage's teleport or archerøs escape to climb them.
    After you get ontop of the 2 blocks it should be pretty straight forward.
