    That's an old easter egg. It's been found countless times.

    And there are plenty better. This one's quite boring, honestly.

    How good of an easter egg?

    I'd say take it out of that item frame, and try for yourself.
    Although watch out, it's covered in builder bacteria.

    I think the best easter egg would be the one in the prison cell of the quest "Forbidden Prison", the sign which says "I will kill Yahya for what he did".
