Rage Thread - Give Me Back My Armor/money

So would you look at that! Apparently the devs thought they should add random dexterity to a lot of armor that didn't need it at all and gave no warning for doing so. So I lost my diamond stalagmites without warning.


But wait! At this point ingame, I was like... really? My strength dropped below 20 somehow? But no, turns out I still had 20 strength like stalagmites always needed, eventually I scrolled back up and checked again in chat to see it meant dexterity! This was surely a glitch right? Stalagmites never needed dexterity! I checked my extra worse pair in my bank...


Would you look at that, 20 dexterity! I sure wish I knew that I needed 20 dexterity to use the boots I bought, but better yet, look at these pants I bought for 40 liquid emeralds because they ONLY required AGILITY and NOT DEXTERITY!



Good! I didn't want their value to stay high anyway. I didn't want them to be useful ever at any point anyway! That's fine. This is all fine.

Give me back my old armor with the original requirements. This was unnecessary and stupid, and in stalagmites' case, doesn't even make sense... Strength plus dexterity? Who tf ever does that?

 

I second this! The dex requitement on Stalags make no sense. Salted said himself and strength and dexterity don't stack.

 

I agree with this. They shouldn't randomly change requirements like this!

I've seen a warrior that was Earth/Lightning though, every combo's gotta have something.

 

Yep, I have stalagmites. Was gonna wear them. Can't now.

 

Are you sure this is not intended? Try using a reset scroll and adding some points in Dex. Or using Dex increasing stuff

 

Maybe things actually need Dexterity now? I don't know.

Then why could we wear them WITHOUT Dexterity?! I'm sure you adding Dexterity to stuff like this ruined a lot of people's builds.

 

Heck, let alone the fact that you get absolutely no strength buffs but you require strength. But that was always like that, so whatever...

 

Now I'm terrified I'll lose my gear when I log on because my inventory is full. And hey, if you're fixing bugs, can you fix Spin Attack hitting the user, War Scream and Arrow Storm having SO MUCH KNOCKBACK that they hit enemies through walls, and DEAR GOD FIX ICE SNAKE SO IT FREEZES STUFF AGAIN.

I know you're probably already fixing these but it bothers me that you fixed the assassin bugs but not any other classes, and Spin Attack still doesn't work. I'm mad but not at you, just in general because ice snake is useless atm.

Those are the (pre) end game pants and boots so the strength is understandable, but don't forget they are pants and boots nonetheless so it makes sense to have a dexterity requirement.
I probably lost some items too, but hey gacel is here and I got a bank full of le from quest rewards.
Im going to enjoy this update no matter what.

i honestly dont know why you're complaining about money though, you have like 50 bajillion stacks .-.

Dex and Strength doesn't stack...? You could had told me sooner -_-
Now I have to use one LE to reset my build......

 

That's why I used the item guide to make sure my build works, and I've warned plenty of people that DEX was bugged and it was going to be implemented, in which a few people ignored me.

 

I agree... If all the items were there :/

Let's face it, if they did stack, that would be overpowered beyond belief.
