My items became unidentified a while ago and I'm pretty defenseless now. :( Please help me!

Can you please respond? My items have not changed and all I have right now is this useless message appearing every time I enter a world saying everything is fixed, even though it isn't.

Oops, didn't notice you weren't online. Maybe some other time I can get it fixed...

 

My best bet would be to contact a staff and ask if the roll back happened, and if not, ask them if they could figure out if someone could do it.
