Item Guide Items

Ok so this is mostly a question too the content team as I'm looking for a very definitive answer but is every item viewable in the item guide currently obtainable in game through legitimate means for a player with normal privileges.

 

1. Priveleges don't affect armour and weapons at all. Anyone can get the same armour and weapons (same goes for accessories of course).
2. I don't see why they would put items in the guide and not add them ingame. That would defeat the point of the item guide.

 

Thank you for your response I really do appreciate it but I am most interested in addressing the content team for reasons I need too keep too myself for the time being.
