Weird Item... (bug?)

    So, around the time when Gavel was released, I started a new Warrior character. I found this strange spear, and I stored it in my bank and then forgot about it. Today, I looked at my bank and found it again. Is it illegal for me to have this, or is this some rare item (like the Pumpkin hat, for example)?
