Liteloader Randomly Crashes Minecraft

Recently I installed Liteloader 1.8.0, chained it to Optifine, and downloaded Voxelmap. After I did this, I've noticed that Minecraft will sometimes randomly crash. Then it boots up fine again, and it'll crash again anywhere between an hour and five minutes later. If anybody knows what is happening, and knows how to fix it, it would be much appreciated. I can post some crash logs if you need them. Thanks!
