Lore/Story Lore Question

Hello Wynners,
I have been out of touch with the Wynn community for a while, but with Gavel's release I wanted to write a (very) extensive lore for the community's enjoyment. This lore however would involve changing a lot of quest developed lore and direct lore. I'd also have to add a lot of my own ideas into Wynn, such as descriptions of culture and magic weilding. Also the geography of Wynn as you know it would have to be changed completely. My question is if that seems to annoy the community as a whole, or if you guys tend to accept that sort of thing. But it would annoy me and I would correct all your lore if you changed things up a fair amount.

So basically you would change a lot of Wynn? Well, I guess it still sort of counts as Wynn IF you don't change it too much/don't completely change the geography of the current areas. For example, you add more areas. Also, quite a few people make Wynn sound as if it is larger in lores (e.g. @2016 is making a lore and rp where the army of Wynn is actually 3.5 million and the Nether has... I think it was 15-20 million? Also in a previous one, I made the Wynn army have dragons and have a lot of soldiers in each area, when Wynn really has like 10-20 golems/soldiers per area.)

 

Many people write their own Wynn stories. Many of them change a lot of things. I personally dislike them, because they are not true to the game. Its more like fan fiction. But I don't think anyone will start yelling at you for it.
