Question About Weapons ([0/3])

What means the [0/3] Slots at the bottom of the describtion?
For example:

its for the powder (released in a future update)

 

I believe this was confirmed by Salted to be for the new powder system when it is released. It means you can have up to 3 powders on it.

 

I am not sure if it is confirmed, but it was mentioned that those would be used for the reworked-powders later.

When I saw the pic, I thought "Wow, look at the identifications, what a sh*tty weapon."

Until I looked at the name and the damage.
