    Yes they are better than legendary, and there is a ~1/1000000 chance of getting one from a mob drop/loot chest

    Well their mythic tier and means they're pretty much... a myth

    But if you wanna try to get them, here's my strategy (which is none really :P ): if you grind a lot in places with lvl 90+ mobs you might get very veerryyy lucky-->(haha I see MarkedForDeath has already answered your question with the utmost honesty :3)

    Obviously they're not 1/1000000, many have actually been found already. You just have to get REALLY lucky.

    Here's a way that has a 100% chance of getting a mythic weapon:
    Play 24/7 until you get a mythic weapon.

    No, but on a serious note, mythic weapons need a LOT of luck. You could probably find 50 Legendaries between the time you find a Mythic Weapon.
