Stupidest Reasons You’ve Been Banned From A Server

Never been banned! :D

 

I lagged the server out by going to the farlands and the exact other side then //faces sponge
After it came back up, they didn't know it was me, but the server was shutting down and it was shit anyway so I accused myself.

 

For being an alt on a server that I had played on for two years previously.

 

Plots server. With xxxxxxxl plots and world edit. I //set sand, web'd the whole thing. After it came back up/ stopped lagging the admin forced me to reset to dirt. I did //undo too many times a few moments later. Rip server.

 

I Got banned from Wynncraft for takning screenshots of Gavel before the release

 

got banned for no reason and when I say no reason it is really for no reason I didnt even play on the server

 

Not sure if it was a stupid reason, but sure...

4 weeks ago I decided to have some fun and change my name from "Beefandleather" to "WynncraftBuilder" ingame. (FYI, I am in the build team) Grian wasn't really happy(he was joking) of my new name. After that I decided to join one of my favorite community survival servers and see any reactions.

I managed to play on that server for a full 4 days, even in full view of staff members and even the co-owner for a while. They never banned me(I'm taking it as they never heard of Wynncraft before, heh), much to my surprise. Then I logged off and the next morning I returned, only to find out I was banned by one of the mods. No reason was given.(although I suspect they got curious and researched and was like "ZOMG DIS GUY ADVERTISED BUN BUN BUN")

After that incident I never went to Hypixel, Hive or any other big servers because I didn't want to take the risk. Relief came when I changed my name back. (Glad that no kids took my name)

 

That's not stupid that's a proper reason...

I was never banned, but I was accused of using hax a lot of time on Hypixel SkyWars. It got so annoying that I made a report about it xD

 

I got a vac ban yesterday in CSGO. Playing in match with GE friend. Gets reported. GE friend clicks all as suspicious beyond doubt. #AltTime

 

I remember getting banned from a private server for joining when some people on the server were doing a roleplay. I also got banned from a server for cutting down a admin's tree farm when he gave me permission to do it -_-

 

When I was very young I got banned from a server for telling the server owner that gold ingots are called 'BUDDER', not gold ingots.

 

You do realize VAC bans don't happen from people that are reported. Those are usually Overwatch bans. VACaction is a trip you go on when Steam finds any trace of hacked clients/hacks in your files, recognizes them, and bans at a certain time. -Former SMFC.

This has probably already been said, but for advertising the IP of the server I was on. Apparently even advertising their server, on their own server, isn't allowed.

 

I know it's not the same as banning, but I was once kicked for not wanting to play truth or dare with the admins.

 

I've been banned for griefing on a server that I left, the staff did not like children for some reason and therefore did not like me. The sad part was that a friend of mine was caught duping on that same server and had no penalties, he even kept his duped items. The owner just said that it would get fixed the next day and have fun while it lasted
I've also been jailed for who knows why the first time I logged in to a server with my own account (All other times were with my brothers account, this was the first time I used my own), no reason was given

I've had a friend get banned from that server for giving away the secret word or whatever it was called
