Please Help Me. Everything Is Slow ;-;

I have heared that alot of people have sooo easy access to your IP adress through skype. And when you have like.. idk 103 skype contacts that you don't know to well you start thinking... "Oh s%&¤ This is bad"

Well... For a while ago my internet was really good and really smooth but now it's laggy and I have bad connection to Minecraft servers and such. Maybe it's someone in my skype that has done this?

I could really use some help on how to fix this and I just want to say... Be carefull with who you add as friends... They might not even be your friends .___.

 

I don't think you need to tell that last part to Wynncraft.

 

Did you add a spambot on accident?

 

I highly doubt your being DoS'd now. If this has been going on for a long period of time, then it is just your internet is deteriorating . If it continues, your best bet is to delete people your not sure about and phone your internet provider and ask them to change your IP (if turning your router on and off for 5 mins then)

 

Reset your router, that will change your IP, meaning if someone is Dos'ing (or DDos'ing) they will have to re-enter your IP. So when you do that, if your internet stays the same, then your not getting DoS'ed, if it gets better then deteriorates again, your getting Dos'ed and should delete unknown people off of your skype

 

Change Skype account, only tell real friends about it and forget the one now

 

Did you try turning it off and on?

 

XD, nah but seriously, just drop that account, send a message to all friends you want to keep, and add them on the new account.
