    I figured out how to kill him. Theres a ledge in the room you spawn into.

    alot, if you can't counteract the regen you just need to find another person to camp that ledge with you

    Health regen is about 6000 every time it ticks, which is either 10s or 4s. He has 130000 health, and takes very little elemental damage
