What I thought when I first read the title:

"*Cloudy, bloodshot eyes while holding a bong* Dude... what if Cinfras is from, like, Cinfras or somethin?"

"Dude... you should, like, totally make a lengthy post about that"

"Tell that to the melting unicorn in front of the floating chair"

Out of all seriousness, I liked the way you presented your logic. It was pretty easy to understand, and quite accurate to my thoughts

I am not saying a city is from a city. I am saying Cinfras might be form Cinfras.

I am using logic. I make perfect sense.

Well, Cinfras could be from Cinfras. In fast, Cinfras would be the mayor of Cinfras.

You are staring to get it. There are 2 Cinfrases in Wynncraft.

One is a city, one is not

Well they need some way to send messages and info back and forth.

Well, that means Villagers can go to and from Gavel easily.

Well, often times when talking to the player, quest NPCs in Gavel reference what the colonists have told them about humans. Meaning the normal Villagers of Gavel can go back and forth.

"well, you can't prove..."

Airship fast travel between Detlas and Cinfras the City

Come on, its easily possible that Cinfras the Villager's grandfather told Cinfras the Villager about Alive Island when Cinfras was just a little boy. I mean, Villagers did not come to Wynn until about a decade ago. Well within the Grandfathers life time.
