Server Went Down, Lost Everything I Had.

So my server went down for no reason.
Wasn't a restart.
There was no count down.
Just randomly went down throwing me into the main hub.

Right before the server I was in went down, I was busy moving all of my valuables from my mage into my bank.
I get kicked out..
I rejoin..
Everything. Is. Gone.

I have lost an entire inventory full of valuables that I have been working for or have found for the last few days of farming and questing.

Has this happened to anyone else? Has this been considered for a possible fix?
This is a HUGE ordeal in my opinion, for this isn't the first time this has happened.

 

I really hate that bug ;-; Its to the point where I get scared to even touch my inventory/bank when I feel like I'm about to crash because I don't want my things to go missing .-. I hope it gets fixed sometime tho

I've only been on the server for about a week, maybe 2 and its happened multiple times.
Thankfully not to this extremity, but none the less is an annoyance

 

Yeah this unannounced restart is the worst . You don't get the normal countdown. So I pray to Almighty Gavel God, pleeaze not right this moment!! I dont do multiple exchanges anymore. I just pick one item from my inventory to place in an empty bank slot (a rare commodity) . Then close out the bank. Then repeat with next item. That's how paranoid I am.

I've also noticed things disappearing right in the middle of switching out, lets say, one helmet for another helmet within my class inventory. That is a big scare as I am thinking Whaaat! Where did I drop it, who picked it up, a glitch! It's gone for good And it has nothing to do with a restart. I have no idea how to avoid that one either *sigh*. Does anyone else experience this?

 

it happens to everyone at least once every 2/3 weeks. just gotta be luckey i guess :P

 

haha I guess my friend lost his bobs mythic the other day while trying to show me it :/

 

i lost my bobs mythic and abunch of other stuff too.

 

Yeah it's kinda sad though because it's never happened to be before I would never really know .

No refund policy, though, so that sucks. And they aren't allowed to make exceptions for anyone, or it would be unfair to everyone. (Although tbh, I wouldn't give a crap if they gave you your entire inventory back, as that is a major issue, while I lost a air wand for level 39) Not exactly complaining.

 

The update sure keeps me on my toes unbalanced and just as irl sometimes frustrating but the "treasure chest" of options are sooo awesome. Plus this great community called the forum is the heart of the game ...*gonna cri* [sweet violins playing] . I know ... Over the top! Thank you Forums!

 

They didn't ask for their items back in the thread so why did you feel the need to say this...?

 

Oh sorry, I automatically assumed that they were asking for the items back. And I just figured that they didn't know of the no refund policy.

 

It hasn't happened to me once, I'm a lucky man yoshi*

 

Gawd, the random sudden restarts are extremely annoying.

They're even more annoying than that glitch where you move one item in your inventory from one slot to another, and 0.01 second later, it reappears in your cursor as if you had selected it again, so you obviously left click to place the item back into the slot, but no, it re-reappears in your cursor again.

Those two bugs happen simultaneously way too often.

 

imo if the server crashes every1 on that server they should get like a 2 minute rollback like from their inventory and bank

 

this happend to me a couple of times, lucky it never happend while transferring my items.
What i did find out is that as soon the server im playing on is starting to show signs of heavyer lag im switching to a server with 5 to 15 precent server lag and when i look back to the old server i was playing it grew in a 40 to 50 precent lag server.

so far this way of doing it realy helps i haven't been kicked sinds :P

but i do hope they will fix this situation soon tho :(

 

It just happened to me 3 times in a row yesterday.

 

Player: I'm having a great time here on Wynncraft! I just got 16LE I'm gonna put in my bank!
Wynncraft: That's great! Where did y-*throat slit*
Player: Wynncraft? Oh god what's happened!?
Rando Restartio: Mwhahahaha! Your Wynncraft is dead!
Player: NO! Why!?
Rando Restartio: *throws Player into a Wormhole leading to Hub and steals his 16LE*

I frikkin hate Rando Restartio...

 

I did that with a chuckles feather and it duplicated...
