SPOILER What If Death Was Close Friends With Famous Wynn And Gavel Folks?

So, in the quest Beyond the Grave, you visit Death's mansion. There is one room in the mansion that holds the hourglass of the world's life, a very important thing to keep track of. However, in this room, there are hourglasses of random individuals some of you may recognize. Robert (Bob for short), Amadel, Sayleros' Brother, one of the Twains (can't remember which Twain), as well as a few others, including yourself.

What if Death was close to these individuals? It seems odd to me that Death would keep the empty hourglasses of these guys in a room that contains the measurement of the world's life. I mean, Death is an ethereal, powerful being, so why keep these mortals' empty glasses?

What do you all think? Death was friends with these guys or what?

 

Probably, seeing as many of them were bosses, and thus were killed many, MANY times.

 

But what about people like Sayleros' brother? Most people have forgotten about him. There was another fellow, can't remember his name, but he was the guy who lost his soul to Dullahan and lives in Dark Forest Village? Dullahan's glass was there too, I think.
