Archer Skill Point Build

i have a 70/0/8/0/70 skill set up but I would to know if it is good or not and you best skill build for archer.

 

I really would've went thunder instead of earth in my opinion, earth general tends to be slow attacking but hit hard, with thunder you have a higher dps, and agility gives you the movement speed so you can strafe and kite your enemies in order to effectively kill them.

 

My algility isn't the last one which is 70 and thunder is better than earth for skill points cause double damage but there is a change tho.
