Is It Possible To Reattain Lost Quest Items?

    I'm getting close to the end of the Temple of Legends quest and I need to enter the Creeper cavern, however I don't have the creeper mask anymore and have no idea what I did with it. I'll need a second copy to complete the quest. Is there any way to reattain the quest items?
