Resource Pack Troubles

    After the Gavel update the resource pack hasn't been downloading for me. I have resource packs enabled, but it seems to get stuck at 100% requesting the resource pack. After about 30seconds of being frozen, a prompt shows up telling me how to fix this, but the only tip is to enable resource packs. Any way I can fix this?
