Memory Paranoia Bug

    Hello!

    So I was doing the quest "Memory Paranoia" and I was at the part where you enter the hole in the wall and watch the cutscene. I did that but my quest book never updated and it still says I'm supposed to go in there even though it won't let me see the cutscene again.
    Is there any way to fix this or restart the quest?

    Any help is appreciated!

    Okay, managed to fix it. I believe that the quest book just showed the wrong information as I was still able to just take the spoon and walk out to make it update.
