Here we see him in a desporate attempt to infiltrate a children's birthday party in Cinfras. Luckily the guard caught him just in time.

 

I was doing the Taproot quest and I was looking for Ginseng when suddenly that guy flies in out of nowhere and nearly kills me.

 

its a clown....did it bonk you to death?
