    Ok soo...
    Grien asked me to make the Gavel relics MUCH easier than the relics in Wynn. And as you might see, there are few biomes with lot of relics, and few biomes with none of them.
    There is a good reason for that, but idk if I can explain it, since it relates to the new powders system.
