    I was exploring the canyon of the lost when I saw this nether tower thing on the map. I climbed it but couldn't get to the top because somebody named ???? said "Hah, you're so weak I can blow you away with a fabulous air spell!". Is that part of a quest that I haven't done yet, and how can I get up there?

    EDIT: I'm level 80.

    It is part of a quest, a quest called "A Marauder's Dues" and it's level 83.
