    Hate to burst some bubbles..i saw a level 100 before j6 got 100.
    Didn't remember the user name (started with a w) an didn't care, but really its impossible to know the order anyone got anything.
    Some people dont care about the attention and wouldnt have looked this up.
    It was a nice race tho.

    It's only with triple XP that makes it effective.
    With normal XP
    Player who turns it in get 1x quest XP
    You get 0.2x quest XP.

    With triple, I think it works like this
    Turning it in gets 3x
    You get 1.8x


    Without 3x XP, this strategy is almost useless.
