SPOILER Lost Pagoda And The Golden Cow?

So, I was exploring (lost) the Canyon of the Lost when I found a Japanese or Chinese Pagoda. It was empty except for a loot crate or two, but I found something odd. The obelisk in the middle was asymmetrically built. The front and the back both had a wither skull, and the right side had a pair of Wither Skulls. However, the left side had a pair of golden cow heads.
In the Light Forest, while hunting for Volt Sheep, I had found a mob a few times called Golden Cow. When I kill it, it doesn't drop anything special.
I kinda feel the Golden Cow and this pagoda are gonna have something to do with each other in the future, what do you all think?

I don't have a front shot of the Golden Cow, but I took one of the back.

 

I found an emerald imp before (it was in the ocean so I doubt it's any good).

 

I dont have screenies, but the Pagoda's coords are around X660 Z-5560

Emerald Imps I believe are a mob that spawns throughout Wynn and Gavel, and drops more emeralds (maybe even a block?), but the Golden Cow spawns only in the Light Forest, so it seems more interesting

The respective words "没有”，and ”帽” translates to "No" and "Hat", which=Nohats?

The other word "腿” translates to "Leg”. What.

My theory(well not exactly a theory) is that Nohats and some other guy called "Leg" built this place.

When I placed those 2 golden cows, I had a good reason to do that. But.... We had to remove it for the Gavel release, since it wasn't done.

I killed the golden cow and it dropped like, 20 emeralds kinda like an emerald imp.
