Died In Gavel... Ended Up In Wynn?

I was doing the Green Skinned Trouble quest, when the boss inside of the cave killed me. I then respawned where the caravan driver is. Thinking it was a glitch, I did /kill and ended up in Ragni. Help im confused. Also, if anyone could give me a teleport scroll to Llevigar, that would be appreciated.

I didn't take any screenshots, however I am currently in Ragni.

Here is my log, to prove I was doing the quest :P ( The jump from 58 to 18 was when I logged off, I removed that part of the log to make it clearer.

jIt's all because of the offmap. Died in Haunted Cave, respawned in Selchar.

 

What is the offmap?

 

most of the places you teleport to in the black spots are off map

 

Died in Taproot, tutorial.

 

But I didn't teleport there. The cave is a hole below gavel. It is on the map.

 

And this is why we have Teleport Scrolls in Llevigar and most cities in Gavel..

 

I forgot to buy one.
