This item is from the quest "From the bottom", can anyone make anything out of this? It seems interesting since its Bob's diary..

Well, you have to trade it to another gnome in the bazaar. And that's it

 

It's untranslatable. There's just not enough normal letters in the right places to decipher what it really means, if anything.

 

I'm talking about the writing under it, not the item itself..

This is what is says, Translating through wynnic language. The ?'s there represent the weird thing that looks like a cross between a w and an @ symbol. I have no idea what it is but it very well may be the key to this translation. It might have something to do with the fact it's always after an hr. I don't know. but I'm gonna do some more looking after this.

And I tried to translate each of the words (minus the ones with the ?), this is what I found,

Cá = Fish (Vietnamese)
hwa = A cool Asian American person. (I translated this from english to chinese and got 董建華 which means tung, which is slang for a cool Asian person. I personally don't think this is as reliable but believe what you want)
béon = To be in (I put this from english to spanish and got "estar en" which in spanish means to be in.)
unmedome = No translation
Ne = Born (French)
cās = Sauce (I found that cās also meant another word, சாஸ் which is the Tamil word for Sauce)
sect = Group (I translated it from English to Cebueno and found it meant pundok. Which in English means group)

So if we put it all togther it means... Fish a cool Asian American person to be in (null) born sauce group.
Great! Now we know what it means! :P

I understand that not all of this is perfect when it comes to sources. (Wynncraft wiki, urban dictionary, etc. but I hope this gives you a bit of information about this.

I was about to say how this reminds me of a thread someone posted back in January, then I looked at the date.
