Build Spooky House

Hello it's me again (nobody knows me) and today I'm going to show you another build of mine.
So let's skip the talking and show ya the pictures.

Now I built and designed 90% of the build because I got a little 10% help from a friend.

Could you get the screenshots without texture pack? Texture packs make it really hard to judge a build.

I recommend Time set 18000 and 35% darkness thing. Too make a spooky picture :) also then add maybe redstone torches for Mood light? @minitinipower

 

I think you should add a died garden, soul sand where dead pl;ants would be, etc maybe a couple spruce leaves decaying on the ground, a broken water feature?

 

What in the world is that big ass glass thing in the background lolz.

I don't know why, but the balcony kind of juts out at me. It needs to blend in with the house better. I'm not quite sure how to go about it, though.

This is a good suggestion, too! A graveyard next to the house would fit well. A building only looks as good as the area surrounding it :)
As one final touch, you could also use WorldEdit or MCEdit to change the biome around the house to "End" or "Sky" (they changed it in 1.8, so I get it confused now)
That way the sky will be black and the grass will be dreary!

It wasn't shown but the house was originally in a swamp, and there were 2 lights turning on and off (extra spook).

The glass is surrounding a pvp arena.

 

Hi, the balcony could get a little roof.. Like just something going out 2 or 3 blocks :)

 

Awesome build! My tip would be to make more depth in the walls cause they look kind of flat. And maybe add a balcony :)

 

But I already have a balcony?
