SPOILER Bug With Flight In Distress

    Me and my friend where doing the "flight in distress" quest and we just killed the pirate queen and got here key. We went in the room and we accidentally went in the escape hatch without getting the jewelry. So we got teleported back to captain ackbar, so we went down the ladder to do it again but i wont teleport us anymore.
    When we go down we get teleported up and a empty text bar appears in the chat. Please help us

    I didn't do the quest yet, so Idk if you are talking about a quest item
