Just Getting This Off My Chest...

It should have been called electric or lightning, not thunder. Thunder is a product of lightning, but is not in and of itself electrical in nature, so calling this "element" that they're so clearly going for an electrical motif with "thunder" is just plain dumb. That's all.

 

Thunder sounds cooler tho

 

I honestly couldn't care more.

 

I'm pretty sure this is the reason why they named it thunder. Sure, with electric and lightning you get to be accurate, but why be accurate when you can sound cool?

 

I saw somewhere salted said he was going to call it lightning but thunder was easier to type and say. Don't blame him. Though it does seem a little strange since thunder is a sound and not an element

 

It's a pity people get so tied up in something so minor. They put out this whole new update, "Oh the element should be renamed." Oh well! I would rather go explore a province and see all the crazy stuff they added. Plus, as said above, thunder sounds a lot better. Sorry I'm not trying to hate. I respect your opinion and can see where you are coming from. Just… I hope you don't get too fixated on that.
