Is There A Problem With Skins

I just wanted to know if armor skins are down for everyone or just me, cause In the changelog if I remember correctly, The update was supposed to include new Armor skins for the higher level items, but once the update happened, I have no armor skin, I just want to know if this is a me thing that I have to fix or is it a thing that they server needs to fix, or are skins just gone now.

Man that was a long question to type.

 

I think that Armor skins was removed but I'm not sure.
